- 3 bagels shopping list
- margarine shopping list
- 1/2 portobello mushroom cap shopping list
- 3 garlic cloves, diced shopping list
- 1/4 medium onion shopping list
- 4 artichoke hearts shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups organic cherry tomatoes shopping list
- 1 1/2 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese shopping list
- Grated parmesano-romano cheese shopping list
- Dried thyme, basil, pepper and parsley to taste (I didn't measure) shopping list
How to make it
- Chop and mix all the veggies, herbs and spices in a big mixing bowl. If you're using raw artichokes, you might need to cook them a bit to get them tender first.
- Preheat oven to 400 F
- She had garlic puree to spread over the bagels, but I didn't have any so I used olive oil margarine, then spread the veggie mixture evenly over the bagels.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly over bagels, then pamesano-romano, and a little parsley for color.
- Bake bagels in 400 F oven for about 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Once you have everything chopped, it's really quick and easy. Please see the photos I attached above of both hers and mine. Enjoy!
