How to make it
- Slice the zucchini on the mandolin into thin slices. (DO NOT USE THE JULIENNE BLADE - VERY IMPORTANT)
- Assemble & serve:
- If doing this with grandma on someone else new to raw food diet disregard the following stack order & make her feel special by asking for her advice
- First put down a bit of sauce & spread it around
- Put down a layer of zucchini making sure they overlap
- Put a layer of "ricotta cheese"
- Put down a bit of sauce right on top of the ricotta
- Put down a layer of zucchini this time crosswise to the previous layer of zucchini again making sure they overlap
- Repeat from put a layer of "ricotta cheese" until you reach desired height
- Top with one more layer of sauce.
- Sprinkle on some Raw Vegan Garlic Parmesan Cheese
