How to make it

  • Mix together thoroughly all ingredients except butter. Add mixture to butter and blend well. While still beating, add the lemon juice very slowly. Turn into an 8-inch square pan, spreading evenly. Freeze an hour or so, until firm enough to cut into small squares. Return to freezer until frozen solid and dump squares into plastic bag. Then keep plastic bag in freezer, until ready for enlivening vegetables or meat.
