Herb Butter Made With Chicken Bouillon

- 1 pound unsalted soft butter, beaten in a small bowl until fluffy shopping list
- 4 chicken bouillon cubes, crumbled, OR 4 tsp chicken broth powder, OR 4 packages chicken broth mix shopping list
- 1/4 tsp dried savory leaves or 1 tablespoon fresh, chopped fine shopping list
- 1/4 tsp dried basil leaves, or 1 tablespoon fresh, chopped fine shopping list
- 1/4 tsp dried tarragon leaves, or 1 tablespoon fresh, chopped fine shopping list
- 1/4 tsp dried marjoram, or 1 tablespoon fresh, chopped fine shopping list
- 2 tsp onion salt shopping list
- 2 tsp garlic salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper shopping list
- 1/2 cup lemon juice shopping list
How to make it
- Mix together thoroughly all ingredients except butter. Add mixture to butter and blend well. While still beating, add the lemon juice very slowly. Turn into an 8-inch square pan, spreading evenly. Freeze an hour or so, until firm enough to cut into small squares. Return to freezer until frozen solid and dump squares into plastic bag. Then keep plastic bag in freezer, until ready for enlivening vegetables or meat.

This is going to be good. Just got done rolling them up in half pound rolls in waxed paper. My first flavored butter!
