Buffalo Potatoes

- 2 baked potatoes sliced into 1/4" rounds shopping list
- 1 T butter shopping list
- 2-3 T hot sauce like Franks (Louisiana style) shopping list
- pinch garlic powder, thyme ,lemon pepper, shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Over medium high heat melt the butter
- Add the potato rounds in a single layer
- Salt and pepper to taste
- When the down side is golden, turn
- Reseason with salt and pepper
- Whisk together the rest of the ingredients
- When both sides are golden, add the house sauce and toss.
- Serve immediately - Ranch dressing or sour cream make good dips
