How to make it

  • Over medium high heat melt the butter
  • Add the potato rounds in a single layer
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • When the down side is golden, turn
  • Reseason with salt and pepper
  • Whisk together the rest of the ingredients
  • When both sides are golden, add the house sauce and toss.
  • Serve immediately - Ranch dressing or sour cream make good dips
