Ingredients

How to make it

  • 1. Put the oil in a pan and add the curcuma and the curry. Light bring to boiling.
  • 2. When the oil starts to boil, remove it from the heat and filter it with a coffee filter.
  • 3. Wash the potatoes, peel them and make ultra thin slices using a mandoline or a really awesome ultra super dooper sharp knife.
  • 4. Rinse the potatoes and sponge them.
  • 5. Fry them in the oil at 330° WITHOUT BURNING THEM. Remove them from the pan and remove some liquids over them with a Scott Towel kinda thing.
  • 6. Salt them, enjoy them, rate and SUBSCRIBE !
