Hamburger Skillet Meal

My family has several names for this - the most common one is "glop" but it really does taste better than it sounds. It is a great meal to make for when they all get home tired and hungry after football practice.
Ingredients
- 1.1 kg extra lean ground beef shopping list
- 800 ml tomato sauce shopping list
- 540 ml crushed tomatoes shopping list
- 3 tablespoons onion flakes shopping list
- 3 tablespoons minced garlic in oil shopping list
- 2 tablespoons spicy pepper medley shopping list
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 2 tablespoons sugar shopping list
- 350 grams grated sharp cheddar cheese shopping list
- 600 grams small shell pasta shopping list
How to make it
- Cook the pasta and drain it according to the package directions.
- Brown the beef, garlic and onion flakes, season with pepper medley.
- Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and worcestershire sauce.
- Stir in pasta and sugar.
- Heat through.
- Stir in cheese and let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
