Ding-dong Baked Mushrooms

These are great!! Good as a side with big baked potatos and salad. :)
Ingredients
- 4 Large field mushrooms.. bigger the better! shopping list
- 4 tspns butter shopping list
- 3-4 cloves finely chopped garlic shopping list
- tabasco or hot pepper sauce shopping list
- 4 slices veg cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1 tomato, sliced shopping list
- pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Put the mushrooms top down in a baking dish
- mix the butter with the garlic and spread equaly into the mushrooms
- sprinkle tabasco/hot sauce over the top (careful now!!!)
- place a slice of cheese on the top, followed by a slice of tomato and a bit of pepper.
- bake in the oven on a medium heat for about 30 minutes, until cheese is melted and mushrooms are cooked.
