Jalapeno Lime Marinated Chicken Recipe

How to make it

  • In 4 c measure,combine first 9 ingredients. Pour 2 c into large resealable bag;add chicken. Sral bag;turn to coat,refrigerate 2 to 4 hours. Cover and refrigerate remaining marinade for basting
  • Drain and discard marinade from chicken. Using long- handled tongs,dip paper towel in cooking oil and lightly oil grill rack.
  • Grill chicken,covered,over medium heat for 4-6 mins. on each side or till juices run clear,basting frequently with reserved marinade.

    Holy Cow, the orange jucie and the li me juice with the little bit of heat goes hand and hand for a splendid recipe.
