Fresh Peach Buttercream

- Serves 24 cupcakes
This is the fresh peach buttercream I made for the peach poundcake cupcakes.
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, softened shopping list
- pinch salt shopping list
- 2 fresh peaches, peel, remove stone, cut into chunks and puree in blender shopping list
- 9 cups powdered sugar, sifted shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract shopping list
How to make it
- Whip butter and salt in mixer bowl until fluffy; add peach puree and vanilla and whip until well combined.
- Add powdered sugar one cup at a time and beat until light and fluffy, but still holds shape well....add additional powdered sugar until the consistency you want.
