Almond Crescents

                    - 1 cup butter shopping list
- 1/2 tsp almond extract shopping list
- 3/4 cup sifted powdered sugar shopping list
- 2 cups flour shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 cup uncooked oats shopping list
- 1/2 cup finely chopped almonds shopping list
- powdered sugar for rolling in shopping list
How to make it 
                    - Heat the oven to 325 F
- Beat the butter and almond extract until fluffy
- Gradually beat in the powdered sugar
- Add the flour and salt
- Mix well
- Stir in the uncooked oats and the almonds
- Shape to form crescents
- Place on ungreased cookie sheets
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until light golden brown
- Roll the warm cookies in the powdered sugar
