Lemon Cream Fruit Tart

- lemon Cream fruit Tart shopping list
- store brought sponge cake tart shells ( 6 to a package ) shopping list
- 2 ounces chilled limoncello liqueur shopping list
- 4 ounces whipping cream, whipped to soft pecks shopping list
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese, room temp. shopping list
- 1/3 to 1/2 cup store brought lemon curd shopping list
- fresh fruit such as raspberries, blackberries, blueberries and strawberries. I use 2 fruits and place on top of the tart. shopping list
- 2 teaspoon lemon zest shopping list
- 2 tablespoon very thinly sliced mint leaves shopping list
How to make it
- Place the sponge tart shells on a serving platter and douse with the liqueur. In a small bowl,whisk or beat the cream, mascarpone cheese and lemon curd to combine. Fill the tart with the cheese mixture and top with the berries, lemon zest and if you have fresh mint, cut it into strips and put on top
