How to make it

  • Finely-chop the herbs and garlic. Add all the other ingredients, mix well and then leave to infuse for half an hour. Stir again and serve either with sliced French bread or with sliced roast meat if your not a veggie! (I'm sure in 1439 England the majority ate meat!!)
  • ENJOY!! :)
