Peach Coffee Cake

This is delicious! And so easy! I'm sure you could use any pie filling, but I haven't done that yet!
Ingredients
- 16 T margarine shopping list
- 1 c sugar shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 t vanilla shopping list
- 2 c flour shopping list
- 2 t baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 t salt shopping list
- 21 oz can peach pie filling shopping list
- TOPPING shopping list
- 2 T margarine shopping list
- 1/4 c brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 c flour shopping list
How to make it
- cream margarine and sugar
- Add eggs, beat well, Add vanilla
- Add sifted dry ingredients, mix well.
- Spread 1/2 batter into greased 9x 13 pan
- Spread pie filling over, Then top with the rest of batter.
- Mix topping till crumbly, then sprinkle over top.
- Bake 350 degrees 40 min
