How to make it

  • Follow your cookbook's recommended method of hard boiling eggs. Let them cool.
  • Peel eggs and rinse under water to get off any egg shell bits.
  • Cut eggs in half length-wise. Put egg yolks in a mixing bowl. Set aside egg white sections for later.
  • Mash egg yolks, put in about 3 TBLS mayonnaise, 2 TBLS Miracle Whip, try 1/4 tsp mustard, 2 or 3 TBLS sweet pickle relish. Stir together.
  • Taste. Too dry, add a little more mayonaise or a little sweet pickle liquid. If it doesn't taste right, you may want to try just a little more mustard.
  • When flavor is to your liking, grab a spoon and start filling the egg halves.
  • If you want more color, you can sprinkle a little paprika on top of your stuffed eggs.
  • Refrigerate 12 hours or overnight.
