How to make it

  • Cut steak into 1-inch cubes and saute in oil until brown on all sides. Add onions and cook 3 minutes longer.
  • Stir in 1 cup beef broth, tomatoes and seasonings. Heat to boiling, cover, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes or until steak is tender.
  • Blend flour into remaining beef broth and stir into meat mixture. Cook until thickened.
  • Stir in cottage cheese. Top with Mozzarella cheese and allow to melt.
  • Serve on beds of rice.
