Homemade Sausage Patties

. For dinner, i'll put in some pepper flakes, and make some sandwiches. To me, this tastes (and smells) like sausage from Grandma's kitchen!
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground pork shopping list
- 1 1/2 t salt shopping list
- 1/2 t dried sage shopping list
- 1/4 t pepper shopping list
- 1/4 t ground nutmeg shopping list
- 1/4 t ground thyme shopping list
- pinch--ground ginger shopping list
- 2 T water shopping list
How to make it
- combine all dry ingredients .
- add pork and water.
- fry till done.
