Tomatoe Zucchini Cheese Casserole

- 1 (12 oz) pkg of shredded cheddar/colby cheese shopping list
- 1 (12 oz) pkg of shredded mozzerella shopping list
- 1/2 cup Parmesean cheese shopping list
- 1 tsp oregano shopping list
- 1 tsp basil shopping list
- 2 minced garlic cloves shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp pepper shopping list
- 6-8 zucchini-sliced thin shopping list
- 4 fresh tomatoes cut thin shopping list
- 1 onion sliced thin shopping list
- herb Flavored Stufffing Cubes shopping list
- olive oil & butter shopping list
How to make it
- In small bowl mix the first 8 ingredients together. set aside
- Cut zucchini into slices.
- In large frying pan melt butter & olive oil.
- Add zucchini slices until browned and remove to a 9 x 13 baking dish
- Continue cooking till all done. (add butter & oil to pan so not to burn)
- Add onion to pan and cook till tender.
- Spread half of cheese mixture over zucchini
- Place sliced tomatoes on top of cheese mixture
- Add cooked onion over tomatoes
- Top with stuffing cubes
- Finish off with cheese
- Bake in 350 oven for 15 minutes then cover and cook for 45-60 minutes till throughly heated and bubbly
