- 280 g spaghetti shopping list
- 500 g octopus shopping list
- 1 red pepper shopping list
- parsley shopping list
- 2 clove of garlic shopping list
- 1 bay leaf shopping list
- 2 tablespoon olive oil shopping list
- fresh ground pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Cook the octopus in boiling water flavored with a clove of garlic and a bay leaf.
- The cooking time depends on the measures of the polyp, it takes about 30-40 minutes.

- Drain the octopus and cut into small pieces
