How to make it

  • Cook the octopus in boiling water flavored with a clove of garlic and a bay leaf.
  • The cooking time depends on the measures of the polyp, it takes about 30-40 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, dice peppers, chop parsley.
  • Drain the octopus and cut into small pieces
  • In a large pan toast for few minutes 1 clove of garlic, diced peppers.Add octopus and parsley.
  • Salt it. Meanwhile, cook pasta in salted water.
  • Drain and season the pasta with the sauce, served with a sprinkle of freshly ground pepper.

    I wanted to ask if you ever used squid instead of Octopus and what you think of some salted cappers thrown in.
