- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (I use Hellmanns®) shopping list
- 1/2 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1/2 cup finely shredded mozzarella cheese shopping list
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1/4-1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic powder shopping list
- 1/4 cup roasted red peppers, drained and chopped shopping list
- 3 green onions, chopped fine shopping list
- Additional roasted red peppers, drained and chopped, for garnishing, optional shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients, except for additional roasted red peppers; mix well.
- Spoon into serving bowl.
- Top with additional roasted red peppers, optional.
- Serve or refrigerate until ready to serve.
- NOTE: This is also great made with light or reduced fat ingredients.
