How to make it

  • in large skillet,working in batches,dredge chicken part in flour ,cook over medium heat till browned,about 20 minutes
  • set chicken aside and add onion, pepper ,garlic, cook over medium
  • till tender,add wine cook till reduced and syrupy...about 10 minutes
  • add remaining ingredients bring to boil reduce and add chicken pieces ,simmer 30 minutes ,covered, or till thickest pieces are fork tender serve hot with rice and parmasean cheese
