How to make it

  • 1. Prepare the asparagus (you know like, cut the bottom, remove the leaves, etc ...). Cut the slices of the meat in 2 vertically and roll them around the asparagus but stop before the heads.
  • 2. In a bowl, beat the crap out of the eggs, add the milk, add some salt and pepper and mix well. Cover the part that has prosciutto with flour and dip them well in the mixture. Roll them in sesame. Let them rest for sometime !
  • 3. Fry them at 350° until the sesame is gold.
  • 4. Enjoy, comment, rate and subscribe !

    William, but do you mean to deep fry these? I tried it tonight, and I had no luck at all. The sesame seeds didn't stick well at all, and what did mostly came off in the oil and the lil bit that was left on the asparagus never got golden... again, I might be losing something in the translation, and I'm willing to try again, but I'll wait for a lil more help. The ingredients for this tell me it will be great, if I can accomplish it! :)
