How to make it

  • Mash the cabbage, mushrooms, onions, ricotta, garlic and salt and pepper together with a fork.
  • Heat the oil in a pan or pot.
  • Fill the wontons with a little under a Tablespoon of filling. Brush all sides of the wonton wrappers with beaten egg and close up into a triangle. Fry in hot oil until lightly browned, flipping when needed. Yum!
