Cabbage Wontons

- 25-30 wonton wrappers shopping list
- 1 cup finely shredded green and purple cabbage shopping list
- 2 large button mushrooms, finely chopped shopping list
- 2 green onions chopped shopping list
- 6 oz ricotta cheese shopping list
- 2 cloves of garlic chopped shopping list
- S&P shopping list
- vegetable oil for frying shopping list
- egg beaten in a small bowl shopping list
How to make it
- Mash the cabbage, mushrooms, onions, ricotta, garlic and salt and pepper together with a fork.
- Heat the oil in a pan or pot.
- Fill the wontons with a little under a Tablespoon of filling. Brush all sides of the wonton wrappers with beaten egg and close up into a triangle. Fry in hot oil until lightly browned, flipping when needed. Yum!
