Cheezy Onion Muffins

Makes a nice breakfast muffin.
Ingredients
- 2 cups unbleached flour shopping list
- 1 tbsp envelope dry onion soup mix (stir before measuring) shopping list
- 1 1/2 tbsp granulated sugar shopping list
- 2 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp baking soda shopping list
- 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1/3 cup cooking oil shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
How to make it
- Measure from 7 ingredients into large bowl. Stir. Make a well in center.
- Beat egg in separate bowl. Mix in cooking oil and milk. Stir. Pour into well. Stir to moisten. Fill greased muffin cups almost full. Bake in 400 degrees F oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Let stand on racks 5 minutes before removing from pan.
