How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 365
  • Cut the quarter loaf in half, the long way
  • Drizzle some olive oil on both halves See Photo
  • Spread basil on both halves equally
  • Layer crumbled feta and tomato See Photo
  • Break, or cut duck into small pieces, and layer on top
  • Sprinkle parmesan on top of both halves
  • Drizzle more olive oil over both
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Bake for approximately 12 minutes, or until the parmesan is fully melted
