Dijon Broiled Pork Chops Recipe

Ingredients

6-8 center cut boneless loin pork chops-3/4 inch thick or so

2 T Dijon Mustard

2 T Mayonnaise

1 T olive oil

Directions

Preheat broiler on high with rack 6 inches from heat source.

Line broiler pan with foil for easy clean-up.

Combine mustard, mayo, and olive oil in a bowl.

Spread mustard mixture on both sides of the pork chops and lay them on the broiler pan.

Broil for 10 min.(or until brown) then turn and broil for another 10-15 min until cooked, but lightly pink in the center or until a thermometer reads 160 deg.
