How to make it

  • Preheat broiler on high with rack 6 inches from heat source.
  • Line broiler pan with foil for easy clean-up.
  • Combine mustard, mayo, and olive oil in a bowl.
  • Spread mustard mixture on both sides of the pork chops and lay them on the broiler pan.
  • Broil for 10 min.(or until brown) then turn and broil for another 10-15 min until cooked, but lightly pink in the center or until a thermometer reads 160 deg.
