tilapia cakes

So I had a lot of frozen tilapia fillets and decided what better way to get my boyfriend to eat it with me than make it taste good with ketchup! This is a fresh and healthy spin on meatballs that is a very quick and tasty weeknight bite.
Ingredients
- 1 lb tilapia fillets shopping list
- 1 onion diced shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic minced shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 4 tbsp worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 2 tbsp crushed red pepper shopping list
- 3/4 cup Italian dressing shopping list
- 2 tsp season salt shopping list
- 3 cups dry bread crumbs shopping list
How to make it
- pre-heat oven to 325 F
- bake tilapia fillets fully until they can flake easily with a fork
- combine all ingredients in one bowl well with your hands or a fork
- roll mixture into little balls and arrange on a greased baking pan
- bake for 25 minutes or until tops are brown.
