Ingredients

1 lb tilapia fillets

1 onion diced

2 cloves garlic minced

2 eggs

4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

2 tbsp crushed red pepper

3/4 cup Italian dressing

2 tsp season salt

3 cups dry bread crumbs

Directions

pre-heat oven to 325 F

bake tilapia fillets fully until they can flake easily with a fork

combine all ingredients in one bowl well with your hands or a fork

roll mixture into little balls and arrange on a greased baking pan

bake for 25 minutes or until tops are brown.
