My friends family recipe, very HOT!

Ingredients
  • 6 Tomatillos
  • 6 Jalapenos
  • 1-2 Serrano
  • 1 Fistful of finely chopped Cilantro
  • 1/2 ripe Avocado cut into little cubes
  • Twist of Lime
  • 1/4 Red Onion (salted to minimize it's bite)
  • Salt to taste

Directions
  1. Boil the peppers and tomatillos until the skin on the tomatillos begins to
  2. break. De-stem and blend with the onion and lime, and water down with cold
  3. water as needed. Allow the mix to cool down before adding Cilantro and
  4. Avocado. Salt to taste with tears of joy, or sea salt is good too.
