Mini Bacon Meatballs Recipe

How to make it

  • oven 400 degrees grease broiler pan with spray
  • fry bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towels. Save 1 T fat.
  • Saute onion in grease till soft. Add garlic, cook about 1 min.
  • mix meat, bacon, onions, bread crumbs, seasonings, add egg.
  • Shape in 1 inch balls.
  • Bake on broiler pan, about 10 min.
  • can double and freeze.
