Mini Bacon Meatballs

This recipe comes from a sample magazine I received. Called cuisine for Less. These will be great added to soups,pasta, or as appetizers. Nice mag.
Ingredients
- 2 strips bacon shopping list
- 1/4 c diced onion shopping list
- 1 clove garlic, minced shopping list
- 1/2 # gr sirloin or round shopping list
- 1/4 c bread crumbs shopping list
- 2 T parsley shopping list
- 1/2 t paprika shopping list
- 1/2 t kosher salt shopping list
- 1/2 t pepper shopping list
- 1 beaten egg shopping list
How to make it
- oven 400 degrees grease broiler pan with spray
- fry bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towels. Save 1 T fat.
- Saute onion in grease till soft. Add garlic, cook about 1 min.
- mix meat, bacon, onions, bread crumbs, seasonings, add egg.
- Shape in 1 inch balls.
- Bake on broiler pan, about 10 min.
- can double and freeze.
