  • 1. In a small pot, heat basil, oregano, garlic, olive oil, and pepper.
  • 2. Preheat oven to 500F. Prepare pizza dough and form circular crust on a baking stone, dusted lightly with corn meal.
  • 3. Brush crust with oil, garlic and spices mixture, then layer mozzarella cheese and fontina cheese. Sprinkle parmesan over top.
  • 4. Bake until cheese is bubbly and crust is lightly browned around edges, 12 to 15 minutes. Serves 2 to 4.

    This pizza was delicious! Now I don't have to go anywhere but home to get the best pizza in town! No need to substitute anything on the recipe it is great just how it is.

    I made one like this once, but used a white sauce or bechamel sauce in place of the tomoto sauce. It tasted great. The photo of yours looks delicious!
