Potato Hot Or Cold Salad Recipe

Ingredients

5 medium sized white potatoes

1/4 medium White onion

1 clove Garlic

2 medium sized juicey tomatoes

1/2 medium red chilli (deseed if want)

1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds

1/4 teaspoon thai allspice

a pinch off oregano

Olive oil

Salt

Ground black pepper

Directions

Cut up potatoes into cubes and boil in salted water

Once these are cooked put to one side

Finely chop onion and garlic and add to a hot frying pan that has plenty of olive oil

Fry the onion and garlic for a moment or two and add the potatoes and tomatoes, mustard seeds, chilli, allspice and oregano

When to onions are nice and soft you are ready...

add a little salt and plenty of black pepper

Serve
