How to make it

  • Heat oven to 325
  • In a large bowl, combine corn syrup, sugar, butter, vanilla and eggs. Beat with whisk until well blended.
  • Stir in chocolate chips and cashews.
  • Pour into a crust lined 9in pie plate. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes, or until golden brown and filling is set.
