Super Easy Shrimp Souffle Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder dissolved in 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup half and half
  • 1 pound small cooked shrimp, peeled
  • 4 egg whites

Directions
  1. Generously grease a 1 1/2 quart souffle pan.
  2. Whisk together mayonnaise, flour, dissolved curry powder, salt and pepper.
  3. Gradually whisk in half and half.
  4. Fold in shrimp.
  5. With electric mixer, beat egg whites until stiff. Gently fold into mixture.
  6. Pour into prepared pan.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes or until puffed and golden brown on the top.
  8. Serve immediately.
