Nana's Pumpkin Cobbler

This cobbler is somewhat different, since you'll be using a store bought cake mix. It's such a time-saver to put together, but makes a very nice presentation when served!
Ingredients
- Ingredients: shopping list
- 1 large can pure pumpkin (or two small cans) shopping list
- 12 oz can evaporated milk shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 Tbsp cinnamon shopping list
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice shopping list
- 1 large box yellow cake mix shopping list
- 1 cup chopped pecans (may omit) shopping list
- 3/4 cup melted butter shopping list

How to make it
- Preparation:
- Mix first 8 ingredients and pour into well-greased 9x13. Sprinkle cake mix on top, then pecans. Drizzle with butter and bake 50 minutes at 350 until set in middle. Spoon into ramekin or dessert dishes and top with a dollup of whipped cream.
- Note: Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream!
