How to make it

  • HEAT OIL TO 350 DEGREES IN DEEP FRYER
  • HEAT OVEN AT THE SAME TIME TO 375 DEGREES
  • RUB HOT DOGS DOWN WITH CHILI POWDER
  • RAP IN FLOUR TORTILLA (SECURE WITH TOOTH PICK)
  • DIP WRAPPED HOT DOG IN EGG
  • THEN DIP IT INTO FLOUR
  • FRY IN OIL TILL GOLDEN
  • DRAIN ON PAPER TOWELS
  • PLACE ON COOKIE SHEET
  • COVER WITH CHEESE
  • BAKE AT 375 DEGREES TILL CHEESE IS NICE AND MELTED
  • PLACE ON PLATE AND TOP WITH SOUR CREAM, JALAPENOS, AND SALSA OR ANY OTHER TOPPINGS OF YOUR CHOICE.
