How to make it

  • Cook pasta in boiling, salted water until it is al dente and drain.
  • If you are planning this as a cold salad, rinse the pasta in cold water; if you are planning a warm dish, no need to rinse.
  • While the pasta is cooking, whisk together the Greek yogurt, Miracle Whip (or mayonnaise), vinegar, Dijon mustard, dill, chives, granulated onion, granulated garlic and Greek seasoning.
  • If you feel the mixture is too thick for your taste, whisk in water, a little at a time, until you achieve your desired consistency.
  • Add the cooked chicken (shredded or chopped), and any optional ingredients** you may be using, to this mixture and gently stir to combine.
  • Add the pasta to the chicken salad mixture and toss.
  • This can be served on a bed of mixed greens or as a stand-alone main dish.
