How to make it

  • In bowl combine cottage cheese, spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, and garlic powder.
  • Spread 1/2 c over each noodle and roll up jelly roll style
  • Place seam side down in a 7x11 that is sprayed
  • Sprinkle the cheese over top
  • Cover and bake at 350 for 35 minutes
  • Uncover and drizzle sauce
  • Bake 10 more minutes
  • *Cut calories and fat by using fat free and light cheeses*
