How to make it

  • Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease shallow baking pan. Break eggs into large bowl, beat slightly with fork. Add cheese, meat, toss lightly until just blended. Add crumbs, onion, green pepper and horseradish.
  • Add next 4 ingredients. Mix lightly with fork. Shape into oval loaf in bowl, turn into greased pan. Spread meat with 1/2 cup ketchup. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 - 60 minutes.
