How to make it

  • Mix sugar, water and lemon rind and bring to a boil.
  • Boil gently for 2 minutes. Allow to cool.
  • Add lemon juice, tea, salt and extracts.
  • Stir and chill for 3 hours or more.
  • Keep chilled.
  • Serve in punch bowl filled with crushed ice.
  • It needs to stand about 15 minutes before serving.
  • You need some of the ice to melt and mellow the punch. A
