Half Way Healthy Sloppy Joes

- 1 lb grass fed lean ground beef shopping list
- 2 tsp olive oil shopping list
- 1 onion chopped fine shopping list
- 1 bell pepper chopped fine shopping list
- 2 carrots grated shopping list
- 1/4 cup ketchup shopping list
- 1 can tomato sauce shopping list
- 2 tsp garlic powder shopping list
- 2 tsp paprika shopping list
- 3 tblsp brown sugar shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
- 1/4 tsp black pepper shopping list
- 4 dashes worchishire sause shopping list
- 1 cup water shopping list
How to make it
- saute in a pot onion and veggies and oil til translucent
- add meat sauces and spices and water
- keep stiring until cooked down and SLOPPY serve on buns and dont feel bad!
