Mozzarella & Tomato Salad With Balsamic Vinagrette

This easy salad is a nice change, delicious!
Ingredients
- 8 oz fresh Mozzarella, sliced shopping list
- 3 cups salad greens shopping list
- 3 ripe tomatoes, sliced shopping list
- 2 tbsp. fresh basil, chopped shopping list
- Dressing: shopping list
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Mix vinegar, mustard, salt & pepper together. Add oil and whisk until blended. Spread greens on plate and cover with tomato slices. Arrange cheese slices on top of tomatoes. Drizzle dressing over salad. Sprinlke with basil. Enjoy!
