How to make it

  • Prepare chocolate filling as directed.
  • While chocolate is cooling, prepare coconut filling: With an electric mixer,whip together cream cheese, sugar, and milk, fold in 1 cup coconut by hand.
  • Spread coconut filling into pie crust in an even layer, pour chocolate filling over coconut.
  • Sprinkle generously with almond slices and 1/ 3 coconut.
  • Chill at least 3 hours. Top each slice with a dollop of whipped cream.
