Savory Parmesan Zucchini Bread

- 3 cups all purpose flour shopping list
- 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- ½ teaspoon baking powder shopping list
- ½ teaspoon baking soda shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup buttermilk shopping list
- 1/3 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted shopping list
- 1 cup finely shredded zucchini shopping list
- 1 tablespoon grated onion shopping list
How to make it
- In a bowl, combine the flour, Parmesan cheese, salt, baking powder and baking soda.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs, buttermilk, sugar and butter.
- Stir into the dry ingredients, just until moistened.
- Fold in zucchini and onion.
- Pour into a greased & floured 9x5x3 loaf pan.
- Bake in a 350 oven for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Cool for 10-15 minutes before removing from pan.
