Mexican Cornbread

- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 3/4 cup buttermilk shopping list
- 1/3 cup oil shopping list
- 2 eggs, beaten shopping list
- 1 8.5 oz can cream corn shopping list
- 1 can chopped green chiles shopping list
- 1 cup cornmeal shopping list
- 1 cup flour shopping list
- 1 Tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 Tsp baking soda shopping list
- 1/2 Tsp salt shopping list
How to make it
- Grease 1 1/2 qt casserole dish
- combine cheese, buttermilk, oil, eggs, corn, and chiles
- in another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, soda, and salt
- add to liquid ingredients and stir until moistened
- bake at 375 degrees for 40-50 minutes
