Garden Tour Punch

- 1 1/2 pounds rhubarb chopped shopping list
- 1 quart cold water shopping list
- 1 3/4 cups white sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice shopping list
- few dashes salt shopping list
- 2 quarts ginger ale shopping list
How to make it
- Place in sauce pot the rhubarb the water and cook fruit until soft. Squeeze thru cheesecloth and place back into pot.
- Add the sugar stir until melted.
- Bring to a boil and then remove from stove.
- Add in the orange juice and dash of salt.
- Chill .
- Add the ginger ale just before serving and pour over a block of ice or ice cubes.
