How to make it

  • Place in sauce pot the rhubarb the water and cook fruit until soft. Squeeze thru cheesecloth and place back into pot.
  • Add the sugar stir until melted.
  • Bring to a boil and then remove from stove.
  • Add in the orange juice and dash of salt.
  • Chill .
  • Add the ginger ale just before serving and pour over a block of ice or ice cubes.
