Cafe Mexicano Recipe
This coffee recipe is good when it starts to turn cool in the fall of the year...but if your like me... you can take your coffee any day of the week.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup instant coffee granules
  • 12 cups boiling water
  • 1/3 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon fround cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 cups Kahlua or other coffee flavored liqueur
  • Whipped cream
  • Ground cinnamon

Directions
  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a dutch oven, stirring until coffee and sugar is dissolved.
  2. Add liquer, and cook over medium heat until throughly heated.
  3. To serve, top with a dollop of whipped cream, and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  4. Yield: 13 cups
