Pepperjack Sauerkraut Hot Dogs

I look in my fridge and grab this and that and came up with this sandwich myself today and wanted to share before i forget, and it was so doggone good!
Ingredients
- 1 pg hot dogs (all beef hot dogs would be best) shopping list
- 1- 14.5 Oz can Fancy sauerkraut shopping list
- 1 package 16 Oz Pepperjack cheese slices shopping list
- mustard or salad dressing shopping list
- butter shopping list
- bread (white or rye) shopping list
How to make it
- cook hot dogs to boil in a saucepan,or streamed. heat the sauerkraut then drain dry
- heat skillit, spread mustard or your choice of spread on
- the bread. lay 2 slice of pepperjack cheese on top, then
- put a hot dogs and fold the bread. can use a toothpick to hold
- it together. spread butter on outside of bread and place in
- heated skillits and cook to desires brown ness on each side of bread
- put sandwich on plate and lay some sauerkraut on top
- make many as you want, top with a little diced onions if you want!
- add chips or fries and choice of drinks
