Brown Sugar Shortbreads

- 1 c butter,softened shopping list
- 1/2 c packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 tso shopping list
- aple pie or pumpkin pie spice shopping list
- 1/8 tsp salt shopping list
- 2-1/4 c flour shopping list
- cooking spray shopping list
- granulated sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350'. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper;set aside. In a large bowl,beat butter with and electric mixer on med. to highspeed for 30 seconds.. Add brown sugar,apple pie spice and salt. Beat till combined,scraping side of bowl occasionally. Gradually beat in as much of the flour as you can with the mixer. Using wooden spoon,stir in any remaining flour.
- Shape dough into 1" balls. Place balls 2' apart on prepared cookie sheets. Coat the bottom of a cookie stamp with spray and dip stamp in granulated sugar. Flatten each ball of dough,imprinting the pattern.
- Bake in preheated oven 12 to 15 min or till lightly browned. Transfer cookies to wire rack;let cool.
- To store: Layer cookies between waxed paper in airtight container;cover. Store at room temperature for up to 3 days or freeze up to 3 months.
