- 1 cup - Brown/Raw Rice shopping list
- 1 cup - Diced Fruits (mellons, pineapple, etc) shopping list
- 1/4 lb or 1 patty - Low Fat Ground Turkey shopping list
- 1 handful - Baby Green Salad shopping list
- 1 dash - Ponzu Sauce/Citrus Soy Sauce (available at the "Asian" display of most supermarkets where they keep soy sauce) shopping list
- 1 pinch - salt shopping list
- 1 cup - water shopping list
How to make it
- * I will upload some good photos soon! But it will probably look something like this...
- BOY VERSION
- Rice in a Pot
- Add 1 cup of water to every cup of rice, cover over low fire and steam for 15 minutes. Try not to peek but check after 15 min. The rice should be ready if its risen and of uniform translucency. If it looks translucent on the outside and opaque on the inside it needs more time. Also, if you see little puddles of water or liquid seeping around the rice... its not done yet.
- Rice in a Electric Cooker
- These handy gadgets can be purchased at most warehouse/big block stores or even drug stores for around $20-30 USD.
- Just add 1 cup of water to every cup of rice, press the button, and wait for it to pop like a toaster.
- Turkey Patty
- Cook the patty in a frying pan as you would a burger with a pinch of salt. Sprinkle a dash of Ponzu sauce over it when it is almost done.
- Assembling the Bowl (from the bottoms up like below)
- TOP
- Good Drizzle of Ponzu Sauce / Citrus Soy Sauce

- Et Voila! Chow Time!
- DOG VERSION
- Same as Boy Version minus the salt & ponzu sauce.
- Cut down the portion according to your dogs appropriate appetite and we're good to go!
