How to make it

  • Pound each chicken breast with a wooden mallet or cake roller untill the are about 1,5 cm or 1/2 inch thick.
  • Next prepare three bowels:
  • in your first bowel add your cup of flour with a pinch of salt and pepper
  • in the next one add your beaten egg with another pinch of salt and pepper
  • and in the third one add your breadcrumbs with parmesan cheese and mix the cheese and crumbs together
  • Take each chicken breast and start by first dipping it into the flour, then egg and lastly into the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Once they are all coated, place them one by one back into the breadcrumbs to ensure that they have a nice coat of breadcrumbs.
  • Heat the oil and butter together in a pan on a medium heat and gently fry them until the crumbs are golden brown.
