A Mouthwatering Creamy Mushroom soup.

Ingredients
  • ½ Cup Chopped Onion
  • 1 Heaped Tbsp Butter
  • ½ Punnet Fresh Mushrooms, Chopped
  • 1 Tin Mushroom Soup
  • 2 Tins Water
  • 1 Pkt Mushroom Soup
  • 250ml Milk
  • 125ml Cream
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Parsley, Chopped for garnish
  • Salt and Black pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Saute Onion and Mushrooms in Butter. Add Tin of Mushroom Soup and 2 Tins of Water. Boil for 10 min.
  2. Add the Packet of Soup and make into a thin paste. (As per instruction on packet)
  3. Add Milk. Boil for 15 min.
  4. Season with Salt and Pepper.
  5. Add fresh cream and blend well.
  6. Leave for 5 min. and garnish with Parsley.
  7. Serve with crusty brown bread.

Amatullah, what's a Punnet ?


We get them here little plastic tubs of fresh foods.. Basically a very large handful of something. i really should of been more specific sorry
