Ingredients

How to make it

  • Saute Onion and Mushrooms in Butter. Add Tin of Mushroom Soup and 2 Tins of Water. Boil for 10 min.
  • Add the Packet of Soup and make into a thin paste. (As per instruction on packet)
  • Add Milk. Boil for 15 min.
  • Season with Salt and Pepper.
  • Add fresh cream and blend well.
  • Leave for 5 min. and garnish with Parsley.
  • Serve with crusty brown bread.

    We get them here little plastic tubs of fresh foods.. Basically a very large handful of something. i really should of been more specific sorry
