The Creamiest Mushroom Soup

- ½ Cup Chopped onion shopping list
- 1 Heaped Tbsp butter shopping list
- ½ Punnet fresh mushrooms, Chopped <- or Very large handful can't say weight.. cos our punnets are all different weights. ( sorry )
- 1 Tin mushroom soup shopping list
- 2 Tins water shopping list
- 1 Pkt mushroom soup shopping list
- 250ml milk shopping list
- 125ml Cream shopping list
- 1 Tbsp fresh parsley, Chopped for garnish shopping list
- salt and black pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Saute Onion and Mushrooms in Butter. Add Tin of Mushroom Soup and 2 Tins of Water. Boil for 10 min.
- Add the Packet of Soup and make into a thin paste. (As per instruction on packet)
- Add Milk. Boil for 15 min.
- Season with Salt and Pepper.
- Add fresh cream and blend well.
- Leave for 5 min. and garnish with Parsley.
- Serve with crusty brown bread.
